Manager In Training at Sprinkles

Hospitality superstars will join the Sprinkles Manager in Training (MIT) Program to excel in this fast-track development plan to a management role. Your MIT journey will take you from training in one location to potentially relocating to another city/store as needed, so the ability to relocate is preferred.

In the MIT Program, you will contribute to the success at Sprinkles by learning how to manage store operations and personnel to create and maintain the Sprinkles Experience for our customers and staff. You will regularly exercise your keen judgment and discretion to manage the overall operations of the store. Your leadership will ensure that unsurpassed service experience which keeps our regulars standing in line alongside the sightseeing tourists. The majority of your time will be spent learning how our tenured managers supervise and direct the workforce, making daily staffing decisions, monitoring daily inventory levels, ensuring customer satisfaction and product quality, and managing safety and security within the store.
