Red Velvet Dirt Pudding Parfait
What you'll need
- 1/4 cup butter (1/2 a stick), room temp
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 3 1/2 cups milk
- 12 oz cool whip, thawed
- 2 Packages Sprinkles Red Velvet Pudding Mix
- 2 cups of crushed Oreos or favorite sandwich cookie
- Gummy worms and other desired toppings
Directions
- Combine room temperature butter and cream cheese to bowl of stand mixer and mix, making sure to scrape down the sides of the bowl.
- Add powdered sugar to the bowl – turn mixer on low speed to incorporate sugar. Increase speed to medium for 1 minutes.
- In separate bowl, whisk pudding mix and whole milk to incorporate (about 2 min). Place in refrigerator to set for 5 minutes.
- Remove pudding from refrigerator once set. Using a rubber spatula, fold pudding into the cream cheese/sugar mixture until evenly combined.
- To assemble parfaits: In glass or large ramekin, layer crushed cookie on bottom, then top with pudding mix, more crushed cookie and decorate with gummy worms or desired toppings.
