BAKERY UPDATES

UPDATED: July 31, 2020

First and foremost, nothing is more important to Sprinkles than creating a safe and welcoming environment for our guests and associates. We are continuously monitoring the federal and state level guidance to determine the best path forward for each of our bakeries. At this time, given the continued importance of social distancing and because we are a lined based business, we will continue to ask our guests to pre-order online at sprinkles.com, by phone 888-220-2210, or on our app for delivery or pick-up. A Note From Sprinkles

March 18, 2020

Dear Guest,

We will be shifting to pre-order only in our bakeries beginning today, March 18. All orders can be placed online at sprinkles.com, by phone 888-220-2210, or on our app for same-day delivery or pick-up at our bakeries. To keep our teams and guests safe, in addition to measures we have already shared, we will also be adhering to CDC guidance to not exceed 10 people at a time in our bakeries or at our HQ.

As we come together during this crisis, Sprinkles will be paying all of our impacted team members in full until the end of the month, and continuing health benefits for all currently insured until the end of April. As the situation evolves, rest assured we’re planning for the next phase of support for our team and communities.

Please find the latest information regarding the hours of all of our bakeries and ATMs above, which we will continue to update frequently. This includes closure notifications and updated hours, as it applies.

Thank you for being our guest!

A Note from Sprinkles

March 12, 2020

Dear Guest,

We work hard every day to provide the best possible experience for our guests. Nothing is more important to us than creating a safe and welcoming bakery for our guests and associates. With heightened sensitivity and an evolving situation surrounding coronavirus (COVID-19), we’re working with our teams to ensure our standards and practices keep you safe.

Here’s what we’re doing:

  • Monitoring Center for Disease Control (CDC) and Food and Drug Administration (FDA) guidance on the most up to date practices. The FDA* is not aware of any reports at this time of human illnesses that suggest COVID-19 can be transmitted by food or food packaging
  • Upholding the highest industry standards when it comes to the cleanliness and sanitation practices in our bakeries
  • Working to provide additional resources for guests and associates including hand sanitizers and soap
  • Educating our associates on preventative measures provided by the CDC
  • Continuing our standard of asking our team to stay home when they are sick
  • Discouraging all personal contact within our bakeries including shaking hands

What we encourage guests to do:

  • Wash your hands frequently
  • Avoid touching eyes, nose and mouth
  • Avoid close contact with people who are sick
  • Stay home when you are sick
  • Cover your nose and mouth when you cough or sneeze with a tissue, and then dispose of the tissue

We bake fresh daily, and the health and safety of our guests, associates and communities is our top priority. We will continue to work around the clock to ensure all Sprinkles bakeries remain safe for all and will immediately communicate any updates or changes.

If you have any questions, comments or concerns please feel free to contact us.

Thank you for being our guest!
