Sprinkles Perks Terms and Conditions

By registering for and participating in the Sprinkles Perks promotional program you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions ("Terms"). You may not participate in the Sprinkle Perks program unless you understand and agree to these Terms.

These Terms apply to your participation in the Sprinkles Perks promotional program ("Sprinkles Perks") which is operated by Sprinkles Cupcakes, Inc. ("Sprinkles") in the United States of America. These Terms do not alter the terms or conditions of any other agreement you may have with Sprinkles for products, services, or other programs.

Sprinkles Perks is a loyalty program designed to thank guests for patronizing our business. Members of Sprinkles Perks are able to (1) earn and accumulate points ("Points") by making qualified purchases at Sprinkles locations that can be redeemed for certain menu items, and (2) earn status levels ("Levels") based on the number of visits to Sprinkles locations or accumulative points during a calendar year that make members eligible for certain perks. A "visit" is a qualified purchase of eligible menu items during an in-person or online shopping experience (including Sprinkles Local, Sprinkles App, and Sprinkles in-bakery ATMs. Excludes stand-alone ATMs, orders through a third-party website or Sprinkles National Shipping).


Program Changes

Sprinkles reserves the right to change these Terms or to eliminate Sprinkles Perks at any time and in its sole discretion. Any changes or modifications will be effective immediately upon either (i) posting the revisions to www.sprinkles.com or (ii) notice to you via email to the email address you provide when registering for the program.


To participate in Sprinkles Perks you must be a resident of the United States and 18 years old or the age of majority in your state of residence. Sprinkles Perks is not targeted towards or intended for use by minors.


Please read the Sprinkles' Privacy Policy at https://www.sprinkles.com/privacy-policy, which is incorporated into these Terms, to understand how Sprinkles collects, uses, and discloses information about guests, including through Sprinkles Perks, and how to update or change your personal information and how we communicate with you.


There are five (3) ways to register 1) Through the Sprinkles Website – to register , go to www.sprinkles.com/perks and complete the online registration form. 2) Sprinkles Local – to register, go to https://order.sprinkles.com , click ‘Login’, then click, ‘Register for Perks’ and complete online registration form. 3) Sprinkles App – to register download the Sprinkles App (links to iOs and Android), click ‘Sign Up with Email’, and complete app registration form. 

The registration process will require you provide your first name, phone number, email address, date of birth (mm/dd/yy), user name, and a password. You may register for and use only one Sprinkles Perks account. No membership card is required. You can reset your account password by following the instructions on the login page at sprinkles.com/perks. If at any time you believe the Points, Rewards, or status Level showing in your account is inaccurate, please email us at perks@sprinkles.com or call the Sprinkles Perks Team at (888) 220-2210.


After you register, you will earn Points for qualified purchases (see list below). You cannot earn Points for purchases made or orders placed prior to registration. Points will be credited to your account ("Point Bank") 24 hours after your eligible purchase. You will earn Points for both in-bakery and online orders (Sprinkles Local, Sprinkles Catering, and Sprinkles App; excludes Sprinkles National Shipping orders), and Rewards may only be redeemed in in-bakery, Sprinkles Local or Sprinkles App. Printed copy of your receipt or online order number required. Purchases made with complimentary codes, donation codes, and discount codes, and purchases for National Shipping, offsite events (e.g., Sprinkles Mobile), or through a third-party website are not eligible for Points. Each eligible menu item purchase earns you 5 points for every dollar ($1) you spend. For currently eligible menu items and corresponding Points, see below:


After you register, you will earn Visits for qualified purchases (must spend a minimum of $2 to count as a visit). You cannot earn Visits for purchases made or orders placed prior to registration. Members will not earn a visit for redeeming Birthday Perks and FREE Items only.  Visits will be credited to your account ("Visit Bank") 24 hours after your eligible purchase. Additionally, visits must be a minimum of three (3) hours apart on a given day to receive credit for each visit. Any visit less than three (3) hours after the first visit in the same day will not count towards another visit, but you will still earn points for every dollar you spend. You can earn a max of 2 visits in a single day.

Refer A Friend

When you refer a friend to the Sprinkles Perks program, you will be eligible for one-hundred (100) Points. To refer a friend, log in to your Sprinkles Perks account online and visit "Spread the Word" followed by "Send Referrals" or via the app visit "Refer a Friend." To receive referral Points, your friend must (1) register for Sprinkles Perks by following the link provide in your referring email, (2) visit a Sprinkles location, and (3) make a purchase of $3.00 or more. Your referral Points will be credited to your Point Bank 24 hours after your friend makes the qualified purchase. You will not earn Points for referring friends who are already registered for Sprinkles Perks or who have already been referred by other Sprinkles Perks members.

Points Accrual, Reward Expiration, and Exclusions

Points will be credited to your Point Bank approximately 24 hours after your Points-eligible purchase for purchases other than pre-orders and onsite private events. For pre-orders and onsite private events, points will be credited to your Point Bank approximately 7 days after an order is fulfilled. Accordingly, if you make a purchase eligible for Points on one day, you will not be able to use those Points until at least the following day or, in the case of pre-orders, the following week. Regardless of your Level, once you earn 300 Points, those Points will be automatically converted to one reward ("Reward") in your account ("Reward Bank") and those converted Points will no longer appear in the tracker, but will appear in your [insert name of accumulative point bank]. You can redeem your Reward for one free eligible food item (cupcake, cookie, brownie or scoop of ice cream, where ice cream is sold), within 30 days after you have earned that Reward. After 30 days the Reward will expire and will no longer appear in your Reward Bank. Neither Points nor Rewards may be combined with other offers or promotions. Menu items eligible for Reward redemption may change from time to time. For menu items currently eligible for Reward redemption, see Terms & Conditions. Gift cards and National Shipping purchases are excluded from the program and are not eligible for Reward redemption. Once you redeem your Reward, your Reward Bank will reset and that Reward will no longer appear in your Reward Bank. Purchases made prior to your registration for Sprinkles Perks will not be eligible for Points or Rewards. Although you can earn Points from qualified online orders, you may only redeem Rewards in person at Sprinkles bakery, Sprinkles Local, and Sprinkles App. Rewards may not be redeemed at Cupcake ATMs or for National Shipping Orders. To redeem your reward in-bakery, provide your Sprinkles Perks number to your cashier when placing your order. To redeem your reward on Sprinkles Local or Sprinkles App, select the reward you want to use at checkout.



Upon successful registration for Sprinkles Perks, you will automatically be enrolled at Vanilla Level. If you visit Sprinkles at least 8 times in the current calendar year (January 1 – December 31), you will be eligible for Dark Chocolate Level. If you visit Sprinkles at least 40 times in the current calendar year, you will be eligible for Red Velvet Level. The Level you achieve counts for the remainder of that calendar year AND the entire next calendar year until December 31. For example if you achieve Red Velvet Level on November 1, 2019, you can enjoy Red Velvet Level status from November 2, 2019 through December 31, 2020. Your status resets to Vanilla Level on January 1 after your first full year, if the program is still active. For purposes of calculating your Level, you can only earn one visit every four hours. Accordingly, if you were to purchase six cupcakes in one visit, that purchase would only count as one visit, even if you were to break your purchase into six one-cupcake transactions. Visits to Sprinkles locations prior to your registration for Sprinkles Perks will not count towards you status Level.

Your Level makes you eligible for the perks listed below. Note that some perks have limitations and expirations. You must be registered for the Sprinkles Perks program for at least seven days before you are eligible for birthday-based perks. From time to time Sprinkles may add perks in addition to those listed below. Check your Sprinkles Perks account and emails from Sprinkles to see if you are eligible for additional perks.


Emails from Sprinkles

Sprinkles may from time to time send you emails related to the Sprinkles Perks program and other Sprinkles promotions. By registering for the Sprinkles Perks program, you agree to receive such email.


There are no membership fees associated with Sprinkles Perks. Points, Rewards, and other perks earned and accumulated in connection with the program are promotional and have no cash value. Your Sprinkles Perks account is personal to you and may not be sold, transferred, or assigned to, or shared with, family, friends, or others. Sprinkles has the right to make the final determination of the Points, Rewards and other perks earned by you in its sole discretion. You may have only one Sprinkles Perks account. Sprinkles reserves the right to terminate your account and/or your participation in Sprinkles Perks if Sprinkles determines in its sole discretion that you have violated these Terms, you have more than one account, or that the use of your account is unauthorized, deceptive, fraudulent, or otherwise unlawful. Sprinkles may, in its sole discretion, suspend, cancel, or combine accounts that appear to be duplicative. Sprinkles also reserves the right to deactivate and make an account ineligible for the Sprinkles Perks program on any account that has been inactive for two consecutive years. Inactive is defined as no Points, visits or Perks (Birthday or FREE Items) earned. You can reactive your account by placing an order. At that time you will start earning points, visits, and Perks (Birthday & FREE Items). The Sprinkles Perks program is governed by the laws of the State of California. AS A CONDITION OF PARTICIPATING IN THE PROGRAM, YOU AGREE THAT ANY AND ALL DISPUTES WHICH CANNOT BE RESOLVED BETWEEN THE PARTIES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THIS PROGRAM, WILL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION, EXCLUSIVELY BEFORE A COURT LOCATED IN LOS ANGELES COUNTY, CALIFORNIA HAVING JURISDICTION. FURTHER, IN ANY SUCH DISPUTE, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL YOU BE PERMITTED TO OBTAIN AWARDS FOR, AND HEREBY WAIVE ALL RIGHTS TO CLAIM, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING ATTORNEYS' FEES, OTHER THAN YOUR ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET EXPENSES (E.G. COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH PARTICIPATING), AND YOU FURTHER WAIVES ALL RIGHTS TO HAVE DAMAGES MULTIPLIED OR INCREASED
