Dirt Pudding Parfait
What you'll need
1/4 cup butter (1/2 a stick), room temp
8 oz cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
3 1/2 cups milk
12 oz cool whip, thawed
2 Packages Sprinkles Red Velvet Pudding Mix
2 cups of crushed Oreos or favorite sandwich cookie
Gummy worms and other desired toppings
Directions
1. Combine room temperature butter and cream cheese to bowl of stand mixer and mix, making sure to scrape down the sides of the bowl.
2. Add powdered sugar to the bowl – turn mixer on low speed to incorporate sugar. Increase speed to medium for 1 minute.
3. In separate bowl, whisk pudding mix and whole milk to incorporate (about 2 min). Place in refrigerator to set for 5 minutes.
4. Remove pudding from refrigerator once set. Using a rubber spatula, fold pudding into the cream cheese/sugar mixture until evenly combined.
5. To assemble parfaits: In glass or large ramekin, layer crushed cookie on bottom, then top with pudding mix, more crushed cookie and decorate with gummy worms or desired toppings.
